Volunteering Festival

Landguard Fort is hosting a Volunteering Festival on behalf of the Landguard Partnership. This will take place on Saturday 21st April 2012 between 11am -4pm. Entry to the fort will be free on this day and there will be events going on in the fort, Felixstowe Museum and the Nature Reserve. This is a great opportunity to see what is going on at the fort, museum, bird observatory and nature reserve and you will be able  to sign up for volunteering opportunities at the festival. There will also be plenty of other organisations joining in. So come along and see if you can find something that suits you! Volunteering is a great way to build skills for a CV or new career.
